International Trainee Program

You have already gained some work experience in internships etc. and you are keen to work in an international environment? Then our International Trainee Program could be the ideal place to start!

Over a twelve-month period you will get to know our company by actively working on projects where you will be prepared specifically for your future duties in the CENE Operating Unit. Our Trainee Program is available in many areas of our enterprise -- depending on your aptitudes and skills. For example, you could start your personal success story in Technical Sales, Services, Controlling, Human Resources, Design/Production, or maybe Research and Development. 

Throughout the program you will continuously expand your specialist knowledge and make active use of it in practice. As well as supporting project work, you will also be assigned some initial responsibility. By working on projects outside your target area, you will get to know the interfaces and gain an all-round insight into the company.

As part of our Trainee Program you will be expected to spend at least three months working on a project abroad. As well as getting to know the international nature of our business, you will have the chance to use your knowledge and previous experience in a different country of our Operating Unit. This will help you advance your specialist knowledge and gain further intercultural experience.

Every Trainee Program is individual. Our priority is to ensure that the program is tailored specifically to you and your first job after completing the program. Before you embark on the program, we will consult your supervisor to develop an individual program for you and decide on a possible target area of work.

During your time as a trainee you will have the support of a personal and specialist mentor who will be on hand at all times to answer questions and offer you advice.
In addition to a regular exchange of experience with current and future executives, the trainee program includes regular trainee meetings and the chance to take part in specific ThyssenKrupp Elevator training seminars.
